It may be necessary for customer to apply for a declaration of customs exemption for personal
belongings (Application for the issuing of a decision with grounds)
In this case customer should fill out the form ZBefr2a and submit it to the responsible customs office - Getting this declaration from customs is free of charge and will take approximately 2 weeks.
Please let us check the ZBefr2a form before submitting the whole case to customs. We will assist filling this form in the best way and we will advise which customs office is responsible.
Goods must not arrive in Austria before this customs declaration is finished.
Once everything is prepared the goods may be transported to Austria under T1 status and truck will be guided to the nearest responsible customs office.
Customs will close the T1 and clear the goods.
After customs release the goods are in free circulation of the EU

On loading day you will be provided with a MRN and truck will be guided to the nearest responsible customs office
Driver must actively present goods, invoice and MRN to customs
Customs may physically inspect the goods and create an export clearance (EAD)
EAD will be printed out and handed to driver
